As human beings we all get stressed.
But there’s a big misunderstanding that we all grow up with.
That stress is something that just happens that we don’t have control over.
As if it is something outside of us, that is controlled by something outside of us.
That is not true, though.
Stress is an inner experience.
Stress is literally created from the inside-out.
When we understand how the human mind/experience system works, this becomes apparent very quickly and we regain control over stress, with the kind of ease we never imagined we could have.
